I may know of someone, what is the rate? Does this person need to be local

It will depend on the individuals background, but roughly around $70/hr. There is some flex scheduling available, but they would need to come in to the office a couple days a week, so they would have to be close enough to do that.

The length is indefinite, they do not see it being less than a year
