ERP consulting firm seeks Recruiting Manager/Team Lead. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in ERP recruiting, prior management experience and a strong grasp of recruiting methodologies and metrics. The Recruiting Manager will be a hands-on leader, managing and growing a team of recruiters while working as a producing manager. He/she will be professional, articulate and have a stable work history in the recruiting industry. Must be comfortable delivering presentations to clients and candidates. This position offers a base salary and commission and may offer an equity position for the right candidate.
I am currently on the market. My fiance recently had a Stroke and, literally, I was unable to effectively market or recruit for over 3 months.
Her condition has dramatically improved, and she is back at work.
But --- in short, the feast-or-famine lifestyle is no longer viable for my my family.
I've been in IT marketing and Recruiting for 22 years. I have specialized in the SAP arena for the past 12 years, pretty much since R/3 got off from Germany. I have managed several medium-sized offices (under 22), and worked alone for the past 3 years.

I have just come off contract with Panasonic where I was able to help facilitate complete end to end recruiting from entering job reqs, creating job descriptions, recruitment of candidates, helping facilitated relocations and H1B sponsorships / transfers, writing the offer / negotiations to complete on boarding process. While on contract I was able to close 78 perm orders in addition to several contract orders and was given all the difficult managers 6- out of 15 to build relationships and fill needs. I was able to build relationships and fill positions that were open for longer that 1-2 years within the first few months winning the trust and support of these managers by action not words. I have also been asked to support 3 of these managers off site because of the difficulty that the recruiting team has had and my success with these managers.
