Looking For Recruiters who want to be their Own Boss & Telecommute.

I am looking for recruiters, talent scouts or individuals who are interested in being their own boss, telecommuting, and making up to 90% of the revenue he/she and their team produce. I know there are some individuals who would like to be independent recruiters and have not been able to feel comfortable with making the move. I would like to talk to them as I am building a team of independent recruiters who work together to make more placements.

I am also looking for independent recruiters already in the business who would like to expand their base and build a team of professionals working together to make more placements.

I am a very experienced IT and engineering recruiter and would be interested in discussing a position or relationship where I would recruit from my home office. For the past few years I have filled openings for 3rd party recruiters nationally and am interested in expanding what i can do in that arena.
