Hello everyone. I am very interested in splits/sharing your contingency reqs you are working on in an effort to get them filled faster.

I am an independent recruiter skilled in national recruiting for all skillsets: IT, Healthcare, Sales, (or anything you have I would be interested in). Email me if you want to discuss working on reqs together to get them filled and money in our pockets!

Hi Eric,

I am a full time Business Developer with a recruiting background and am interested in some part-time contingency recruiting opportunities. I would like to discuss your current strategy or gameplan to determine how we might be able to work together. I am interested in any industry.

Is everyone familiar with NPA?

One of the biggest benefits is a website (SplitZone) for candidate and job order sharing. NPA manages the split process.

If you are interested, please contact Terri Piersma at 616-455-6776 x18 or tpiersma@npaworldwide. Just mention that you heard about NPA from me and she'll make sure you're taken care of. Terri is the Director of Membership. It is a Global organization and spans all industries.

I just attended the national conference, and there was a guy there who has placed candidates through NPA whose cumulative salaries exceed US$25 million. AMAZING!!!

So, I am passing this along to anyone interested in Splits - it is a great network to take advantage of!

Additional information:
NPA membership gives independent recruiters and small firms a way to compete in a global marketplace without sacrificing the unique qualities that distinguish them from larger competitors. Members rely on NPA to build relationships that result in more effective and efficient service to clients and candidates in their own market. Those relationships translate into enhanced revenue-generating opportunities and increased financial stability. In the process, members also add value to their businesses through improved speed, reach, and capacity.

Hi Eric,

I would also highly recommend NPA. We attended the same conference as Stacy did last week, and it was amazing. The number of splits you can make is completely up to you.

MedNet, the healthcare sector of NPA, is looking for people to join, especially as exporters. There are many job orders available on SplitZone for you to view.

Hope you'll consider joining!

Warm Regards,

Hi Justin,

I have no network/contacts in the SF Bay area but I know that skillset very well. If you want I can search for what you need and possibly uncover a candidate. If so email me the specs for the role including the comp package. Thanks! Eric Hoagberg eric@hcstaffpros.com

How are you doing today. I do have my own company here in USA and Back in India. We do work with major Healthcare, Pharma, Insurance, Pharma, Telecom and Financial clients here in US Nationwide. We have over 30 + recruiters and we can hire more depending on the need of the client. We have a very big office space with highspeed internet, latest computers and phone lines and we can accomodate another 100+ recruiters in our office....

What we do is, for each client we do provide 3-5 recruiters exclusively, they do work exclusively on client requirements both IT and Non-IT. They work as their employees only, here instead of paying 45-50$/hr for one recruiter and get less results, for the same amount of money you get 3-5 recruiters exclusively working as your own employees/recruiters and get more closures and money. In that way you will save the cost and get more profits.

If you are interested in this model, please do give me a call at 412-563-3460 or email it to me at sunny@shstinc.com or email me your contact details, we can talk..

We can work on splits, we are very much interested..you can call or email me back

We love splits! My theory - a little of something is better than a lot of nothing! Anyway, we welcome splits. A lot of our positions are government related IT with an active clearance required. We have more positions than we can fill because of the difficulty of the fill - but once we get the placement, it's a great contract or full time relationship.
