The successful candidate will have several years of recruiting experience (will consider great entry level candidates) in the staffing industry and must be serious about your success and be willing to put in the effort to become a top performer/biller. You should have very good intuitive skills and have an exceptionally strong sense of urgency to generate a high amount of activity. The recruiter will be a great team player and will work very closely with the Account Managers to deliver high quality IT staff to our clients.

Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 6 months of IT staffing experience, superior "people skills," including excellent face to face presentation skills, written and verbal communication skills, telephone skills, negotiation, and objection-handling techniques. You should be proficient in the role of a consultative recruiter with strong relationships. The right individual will be a central point of contact and will also focus on networking in IT groups and organizations.
