I've just celebrated my five year anniversary with Accountants Inc. I'm still very psyched to be here. I've been a Staffing Manager, Branch Manager, and now am a National Recruting Manager focused on finding people like you to offer a great place to work.

Our Recuiting Managers are individual contributors focused on placing candidates; sales is a separate function at Accountants Inc. There is no candidate ownership here, but compensation is based on base plus personal production and is uncapped. Our compensation structure has not changed in the 5 years I've been here (except percentage increases) and our Best Practices have withstood the test of time for over 10 years.
