Currently we are looking for Account Managers in the Baltimore, MD and DC Metro area - Gaithersburg, MD.

Job Summary:
The COMSYS Account Manager (AM) is the primary driver of new business development in local markets. The Account Manager is responsible for developing new client relationships, managing existing client relationships to maximize customer satisfaction and profitability, and
expanding current client relationships. In addition, the AM supervises and grows the consultant practice, provides needs-based solutions to our clients and sells additional COMSYS products and services.


Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
2. Experience in technology sales, preferably in an IT consulting environment.
3. Proven negotiation skills are a must; Profit & loss experience a plus.
4. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication.
5. Ability to effectively multi-task and function in a fast-paced, team oriented environment.
