The Social Network For The Recruiting Industry

My placement firm Hawaii Careers came to be in 1997 after I gave up a rather "cushy" job with the Federal Government due to health related reasons. Having been a Wilshire District recruiter for years previous I saw an opportunity to fill this need in Hawaii and built a website, opened an office and went to work. Two years later we were contenders for the top rankings on the major search engines and have grown ever since. I am of retirement age and not in the best of health and can see where the right hand on the helm here could really make this a going enterprise. I just do not have what is needed to take this to the next step. All but maybe 3% of our workforce here is working and we are growing. This creates a need for new talent that we can provide. I am not able to introduce world class candidates we get in regularly to the employers since it is just me and need some help. Anyone with any ideas about what to do give me a call at 808 212-9132 as it would be good to hear from you...
