I inquired with the Recruiting Roundtable and they don't have the information I am looking for. I am a recruiting manager on the corporate side and I am looking for some benchmark data around Sourcer metrics. We have a sourcer tied to every recruiter and was wanting to know how other similar corporate recruiting structures evaluate their Sourcers from a metrics standpoint. We are measuring them based on number of phone screens daily, weekly, monthly; number of submittals to hiring manager interviews; number of hires based on sourced candidates, etc. It would be good to know what other expectations are around these activities.
