Outstanding opportunity in downtown Fort Lauderdale. Our client, a 5 year old IT Recruiting and Consulting Firm is seeking an experienced IT recruiter to join their team. Company has an impressive track record of growth, doubling in size every year since inception. Low staff turnover and “flat” back office structure contribute to the appeal of the company. Strong sales team generates large number of fillable job orders and company has a solid base of existing clients, so the recruiter will have ample opportunity to make significant commissions by making placements.

The ideal candidate will be polished and articulate, have a successful track record in IT recruiting, and have a stable work history. He/she must be able to work as part of a strong team while also contributing on an individual basis. Position offers a base salary of $45-55K depending on experience. Monthly commissions are 10% of gross margin dollars on contractors placed and 15% of fees generated for perm placements. We are open to candidates who would like to relocate for this position but relocation assistance is not offered.
