The Social Network For The Recruiting Industry

I am looking for the easiest solution for grabbing the contact info (name address telephone and email) info off of the resumes I receive that will easily import into my contact list. Also, another dream I have is when I am researching the web for client's to call is there something that will grab the contact info off the web and input into my contacts? I use outlook but when I put add to contacts it skips half the info. Trying to my day go faster. I am an independent and trying to save some time.

Hello Kathy,

Take a look at Resume Grabber. Please know, I'm not endorsing the product. I've never used it or spoke with the organization. I just happened to receive an advertisement from them. Good Luck!.

Kathy,

You can do this with cbiz. It's what I use. It's an ATS that runs 39-69 a month, and is a database for candidates and clients and jobs and you can click one button when a resume arrives in your email and cbiz will inhale the resume, create a candidate shell, and attach the email notes. You can download hundreds or one at a time. When you're on the net, if you see a candidate you like you just highlight it, then click one button and it will download contact data and create a shell....same for client data, either by email, or if you're surfing the web. You can try it free for a month too, if you go to www.cbizsoft.com I'm also an independent and have used this for several years after researching tons of them.

I don't use it, but I've heard of eGrabber. http://www.egrabber.com/addressgrabberbusiness/index.html
They claim you can click on any contact info and put it immediately into Outlook or another sales program like ACT or Goldmine. From what I can see if is $129 for the software.

Good Luck!
