We have an exciting opportunity with an outstanding staffing firm for a Director of Operations in North Georgia/NW Metro Atlanta. Our client is seeking an experienced staffing industry professional to oversee the recruiting, operations and service delivery for a ten branch territory.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years of leadership experience in the staffing industry in an operations/service capacity. This role will require in-depth knowledge of the light industrial/clerical staffing industry. We seek a candidate who has a strong background managing staff and overseeing service delivery for small, mid-size and major accounts. Attention to detail, strong customer service skills, demonstrated leadership abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills and outstanding problem-solving skills are key to success in this role. Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.

Position offers a strong base salary commensurate with experience plus annual bonus opportunity of an additional 20% of salary.
