Jenny, I was just reading over your position advertisement when it dawned on me that . . .

The following is parity with all Manpower's competition:

"Solid brand", "financial backing behind you", "full training and support", "structure coupled with the freedom to run your desk", "uncapped income."

With the following questions, I'm giving you a chance here to really shine and blow Manpower's value proposition out of the water relative to the competition:

1. What makes Manpower special?
2. If you want a Big-Biller, what are you offering that is better than a heavily niched boutique-firm?
3. What kind of ownership stake is offered dependent on meeting billing objectives?

Recruit us. Why should we send you a CV with W-2 history to the email address above?

Joshua,

I understand why you'd ask, however I don't bank myself against my competitors. Rather I will tell someone what Manpower has to offer and let the candidate decide what's right for them. I believe that all companies, big and small, have something to offer someone but not every person. What makes that company "better" or "bigger" (etc.) is not necessarily up to the company beyond doing their competitive intelligence and creating their F&B. There is a right company out there for everyone; Manpower is not the right company for everyone and that is left up to a one-on-one conversation to uncover someone's career needs and goals.

So with that, if someone is interested in talking I would be happy to take it offline, figuratively and literally :). Thanks for challenging me, though. I enjoy being kept on my toes.

For the record, I've removed the part about W2 and references; I worded it wrong and did not mean for everyone to send me W2 and resume initially but that I'd be requesting those of anyone as a finalist for the position. Thanks for calling me on that.

Yes, anyone can reply, Sean ;)

To anyone who is interested in this position, I am only interested in talking with someone who is a candidate for the job. As it states in my post, I am not outsourcing to any 3rd parties. We have an RPO division within Manpower already.

Thanks for trying.
