RecruitingBlogs.com

The Social Network For The Recruiting Industry

Hi all,

So many of you are great bloggers and true professionals, both on the corporate and third party side. Some of you might know that I am switching from "outside" to "inside". I am also concurrently switching my blog from a regional type blog to something a little more all-inclusive and (this sounds bad) ME-focused.

So with those two things in mind, I could really use your help. I am prone, in general, to making colossal gaffes and embarrassing myself during the "learning curve" of any new skill and would really like to avoid that this time. So any tips you have on:

1) transition from one blog to another without taking a huge hit in traffic (I am leaving blogger to go to a Wordpress platform for serious techies who have technical tips)

2) and adjusting a blogging style so that it doesn't get me in trouble with my boss/co-workers etc.

I really appreciate it. No comment is too simple!
