Corporate Healthcare Recruiter-Baltimore, MD or OH

My client, a network of post-secondary schools (the majority of which are nursing colleges), is looking for a corporate recruiter. Preferable candidate will come from the staffing agency side and have experience recruiting for the healthcare industry. Appropriate candidate needs to know how to recruit nurses through cold calling and referrals- not looking for someone who relies solely on the job boards.

Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting for five of the Ohio schools. The majority of the positions that the recruiter will specialize in will be Nursing Instructors and Administrators. Position will eventually expand to include recruiting for schools across the country and recruiting for positions in the corporate office.

Appropriate candidate can be based out of any of the company's five Ohio locations (Cincinnati, Dayton, Columbus, Cuyahoga Falls, or Ravenna) or can be based in the corporate office in Baltimore, MD.

Competitive base salary plus GREAT benefits.

Hello Jennifer,

I am currently a Healthcare Recruiter with a large Indiana base company. I have been with the company for the past 5 years. I am currently the Recruiting Manager over 42 locations, recruiting for all positions at those facilities. Before that I was a an Exective Recruiter with a small firm focused on the medical sales industry.

I wanted to know a little more about the position that you have described above? I cold call all day long so that does not scare me but just wanted to know what area this position focuses on. (hospital, Nursing Home, Clinica, etc.)
