How do you introduce yourself to people you meet in business?

I have been in the recruitment field for more than 5 years with a strong focus on recruiting folks in the technology arena. The various domains that I have concentrated upon include IT, Telecom (wireless and wired), and the wonderful world of Intelligence amongst others. Throughout my experience, I have managed many teams of recruiters and have been responsible for hiring, coaching and developing their Technical skills.

My recruiting philosophy is fairly simple comprising of 4 components namely, Customer Service, Professionalism, Relationship Development, and Personal Growth.
