My position as Senior Recruiter on the Spherion Honeywell RPO is being eliminated (RIF). My primary focus has been recruiting for Honeywell Aero Integrated Supply Chain and Engines working from home (virtual – with DSL and landline). I have also recruited and placed candidates for other Honeywell Strategic Business Units. In addition to recruiting I have served on a number of Spherion/Honeywell project teams involving non-exempt cycle time, updating the Basic Qualification library, the pipelining initiative and sourcing strategies for technicians such as A & P Mechanics and Avionic Technicians.
