I enjoy working in vast terrain as well in niche positions. But the as the number of vendors is 250-300 for biggies corporates it is more on luck to get our candidates pass through.
Currently i am doing nothing as the consultancy i was work has shutdown its operation. In very bad situation as i am an undergraduate. :)
India market is more reliable on luck rather that sourcing the right talent.
