• Ability to build a consistent pipeline of candidates for future openings of the Client.

• Effectively working with the Hiring Managers at the Client End to gain an understanding of compensation, organizational staffing goals and to develop new hiring strategies.
• 3-5 years experience in recruiting for all kind of full time or Interim positions on all type of requirements from Entry level to C level positions
