It's looking decent, but could always be better and faster. I am always tentative to say anything that could jinx it, but the force is treating me well. I think this site is good for Recruiter networking, but not expecting to get too many candidates. It's great to have a place to talk about and see other recruiting jobs though. You never know what cards life will deal. You enjoying your gig? Long lines recruiting or sales now?

This has been ok so far. I have had some connects that have led to other intriguing opportunities and met alot of people in the area. As far as business is concerned...nothing yet. It seems that the majority of these folks are on here 24/7 but I can't do that. Recruiting for us right now has been a challenge in this area so we are focused in Raleigh. Florida is not moving at all so we need to go where the business is and that's NC. How about you? What's the market look like from your perspective?
