Trail2Hire is an online hiring platform conceived based on a multi-dimensional view of the hiring function.
The originators of Trail2Hire have considerable experience as a candidate (someone seeking a job), as a company (hiring manager roles) and some limited exposure as an intermediary (recruitment consultant who enables the hiring function). The collective experience in the above roles has been exploited and embedded in the platform.

In any industry, for any type of role, the ‘decision-to-hire’ occurs only when a hiring manager ‘connects’ with the candidate.

Time spent with people not directly associated with the job function will only:

* Delay the hiring process significantly and increases the overall cost of each hire.
* Diminish the ability to filter skills essential to a job function, resulting in an inept process.
* Increase the risk of losing potential candidates due to the above process.

Trail2Hire is a first step to a more effective utilization of ‘Human Capital’ and can be further improvised many fold. The foundational facet of this capability is to minimize the intermediaries engaged in a hiring process. ‘Companies’ looking for skills and ‘Candidates’ seeking jobs are the principal platform users.

Simply put, we establish a ‘glass-bridge’ directly between Companies (represented by hiring managers) and Candidates (seeking jobs) to seek and share information from each other, engage in a dialogue (if required), leverage on historical data whilst setting future expectations, all required to facilitate decision-making by both Companies and Candidates.
