Recruiting takes a holiday – leverage your position!
Woo-Hoo – a Holiday, Right? I mean, you’re probably thinking about staying up all night Sunday (probably trying some
Jello Shot recipes) watching the Muscular Dystrophy Telethon and closing Monday afternoon out with a BBQ.
I don’t blame you.
Before I was a big biller that’s how I spent my holiday time, too.
Don’t get me wrong, I’ll st…

Now don't get the impression I'm encouraging you to overdo this weekend, and certainly don't think that I will (I'm very conservative you know).

What?!?
Q: But Art, isn't email sourcing in the domain of lazy recruiterdom?
A: If you can reach more ppl with a tool you're NOT using - THAT'S lazy!

I actually know the reason.
The people providing the information for me are very scared I'm going to "out" them for giving up some name…
