The personality test is from MSI, get this, I took it and failed as well, come to find out that 8 questions out of about 90 determine the "truthfulness" of the entire test. These questions are based on absolutes, for example: Do or… Continue

Hello Jonathan,

Thank you for your comment on my profile. I noticed it a bit late because I am not following recruitingblogs that often. For me it represents a too old-fashioned way of recruitment that adds not enough Value.

If you are interested in how online networking can add Value to the recruitment process and to personal development, do have a look at the OpenNetworkers.info book.

I am looking forward to your opinion.

thanks for the birthday well wishes. I usually try to keep my birthday under wraps but it always leaks out somehow! :)

Thanks for the kind thoughts Jonathan. I'm sure our paths will cross sooner rather than later.

Let's not fight anymore Johnny. If it makes you feel good to tell me when I suck that's fine with me.

Do you think I'm crazy? That I mistake compliments for criticisms? I didn't say it was negative. I just said that -- IN THE FUTURE - negative feedback is welcome as well. You don't have to slap my back to be my online pal. So smarten up, okay?

Thanks for your comment Johnny. Negative feedback is also cherished.

I don't know what you do but if it is related to recruiting and you want to come on the show just let me know.

Look at all the people who've been featured guests and you know it can't be that bad.
