I've been a headhunter for several years in the accounting and finance industry. I've recently decided to branch out into headhunting for large recruitment firms. However, I'm not sure how I would invoice for a commissioned employee with no base salary.

For those of you who recruit for commissioned employees, do you agree on a flat fee?
