Hi Rebecca, you make an interesting point on 'micromanagement.' We're recently been interviewing recruiters for our company. It's amazing to see the amount of micromanagement go on in some firms. We're a fairly entrepreneurial, laid back culture so we're currently making decisions on whether recruiters who come from very structured backgrounds can be successful in our organisation.
