I am really happy that I can announce RecruitFest! today. There are a lot of details coming but essentially RecruitFest will be in the Fall 2010 in Boston. I'm very excited to also say that Monster has partnered with RecruitFest! in order to be a part of what historically has been an outstanding Recruiting event. This says a lot on a lot of different levels. It was not an easy thing to put in place but we did and we will try our hardest to make this event something that benefits our industry through conversation, idea generation and networking. It's set up so we can all learn and be better at what we do.

I want to also thank Eric Winegardner who was very instrumental in this and a real driving force behind making this happen. Eric will be the emcee for the one and a half day event and I can't tell you how happy I am about that.

This time round, we will take it to a whole new level. More information soon.
