This is the third post in my series on the 2018 Talent 42. I will focus on the session by Dror Kaga of Ebay on “leveraging Recruiting to Drive Change “

 

Not any tools on this one so much as explain that if you use the info you gather while researching the positions you are looking for, you can affect change. Think about it, that change can be nothing more than where you look, utilizing data you found showing were the candidates you are looking for are. It can be something major such as impacting and changing salaries after the research you do shows people are making more and to compete you need to pay more. That is the crux of this session.

 

Next week we will talk about another presentation called “Real talk on hiring great engineers’ by Jessica McKellar  .
